So, I have like 4 hours to make a musical instrument out of garbage! (I didnt know it was due in tomorrow, I thought it was next week)

I was going to make this http://bit.ly/rJ9wy (start of this video) but my dad couldnt get the materials today....

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

As opposed to making garbage out of a musical instrument, like Lady GaGa??:P

Just grab a used roll of shrink wrap,and bob's yer uncle.

You could also just put rubber bands around some kind of box... :D

Or just get a milk carton and blow into it like a jug. :P

take a wooden stick, some nails, and toppings of beer bottles (don't remember the name in english) put the nail through the topping, put 3 or 4 on 1 nail. use 4 naisl or something, than you put the nails into the stick and then just swing it from left to right xD omg that was hard to explain. we alle have so difficult words for it in dutch. :rolleyes:

old petrol canister = drum

drums or shakers are probably the easiest. I also remember seeing a video online of an orchestra that made all their instruments out of carved fruit.

Find an old water-cooler bottle or something and drum on it. That can sound really good actually.

 

Either that or find a shitload of rubber bands and try to make some... strummy thing xD idk...

Hah, Well I didn't end up doing anything...but I made an excuse and now I have till the end of the week so yeah.
