September 22, 200916 yr If it's because you like to be up at night, just don't sleep until it's night again, then just go to sleep. That worked for me. Otherwise, go see a doctor.

September 22, 200916 yr i used to be very bad for falling asleep a couple of years ago, i could go down to bad at 10 and not sleep until 5 some nights , then have to wake up for school in 2 hours. what i found very good was those herbal remedy drops, they didn't knock me out, but got me to a relaxed state where it was easier to drop off :D hope that helps. September 22, 200916 yr well, then that's partially a decission too. (: if you like it and can work it around the rest of life ( work, school? , family ) then maybe you could stay awake and sleep when you want.

September 22, 200916 yr I used to have insomnia. Basically, I just started to take Benedryl every night just so that way I could go to sleep. But, I slowly got myself off of doing that. You could just start reading a book before bed. I do that now.

September 23, 200916 yr Sleeping pills are evil, really. Just get over it naturally, what I said will work. And jsut try not to stimulate your brain close to "bed time"
