EmmaLouiseSmyth Posted September 22, 2009 Share Posted September 22, 2009 i used to be very bad for falling asleep a couple of years ago, i could go down to bad at 10 and not sleep until 5 some nights , then have to wake up for school in 2 hours. what i found very good was those herbal remedy drops, they didn't knock me out, but got me to a relaxed state where it was easier to drop off :D hope that helps. (: if you like it and can work it around the rest of life ( work, school? , family ) then maybe you could stay awake and sleep when you want.
