Coldplay Habits

Featured Replies

Does anyone else find that they listen to certain songs before certain events? Like before a game listen to Viva la Vida, or listening to Amsterdam before falling asleep? Or just any habit you have relating to Coldplay...

Yeah, the night before an exam or big project I listen to these songs in this particular order:

The Hardest Part

Swallowed In The Sea

42

Politik

Fix You

The Scientist

Clocks

Violet Hill

Yellow

Lost!

Cemeteries Of London

God Put A Smile Upon Your Face

In My Place

One I Love

It's a really weird ritual I've had for ages.:laugh3:

That's really specific! :D Maybe I should try something like that...

I Bloom Blaum works wonderfully as a lullaby. (In the good way) Many of their songs lead to good dreams. :nice:

I normally listen to LRLRL before I go to bed...... but, not in the order on the cd. It goes like this:

42

The Hardest Part/ Postcards From Far Away

Viva La Vida

Fix You

Clocks

Glass of Water

Death and All His Friends

The Hardest Part/Postcards From Far Away

'strawberry swing' is the song I usually listen to when I need to get happy, its my 'pull-myself-out-of-depression' song.

I have put together a playlist on my iPod of all the calmest Coldplay songs (Amsterdam, Reign of love, Warning sign :wacky: , Postcards, etc, etc... ) called "Coldplay - sleep", which i obviously listen to every night before i go to sleep, or whenever I need to calm down. It helps me so much :D

I also listen to LiTii the first thing I do ech morning when i step outside, it always makes me feel so awake and happy :)

^^

^^^ apart from that.. :P

listen to viva la vida song before exams last year :D

and listen almost all days Cp songs before going to sleep ;)

Gravity is my lullaby :wacky:

it's mine too!!!

but sometimes the hardest part/postcards from far aw ;)ay

Before, I had this thing that the first song of the day was Life in Technicolor, and the last song had to be Death and All His Friends.

Everyday!

But not anymore, I dont know why I stopped :P.

I have a list of thier songs to fall asleep to, another to wake up too.

if i dont listen to coldplay i go crazy! like today.. i forgot my ipod at home so i kidnaped my friend's just to listen cp

i like to listen to coldplay while im sleeping and then wake up in the middle of a song. its weird cuz somewhere in my dream i remember hearing the first part of the song.

anyways i have a habit of looking through magazines for anything coldplay related

also looking if anything coldplay is on tv

and checking coldplay.com everyday

I listen to Coldplay everyday but I tend to listen to LIJ right before I go to bed, and I wake up to is since it's my alarm. :laugh3:

no particular habit. but when I listen to Coldplay's songs, I always make Fix You the last song before I turn off my iPod

i feel like i should start a habit now. DAAOHF before bed for now on.

I wake up listening to Life In Technicolor 2

But I might try Lovers In Japan or Clocks.

if i dont listen to coldplay i go crazy! like today.. i forgot my ipod at home so i kidnaped my friend's just to listen cp
