'tis from X&Y times, so 3 or 4 years old.

It was a video as far as I can remember when I saw it.. I think he was playing soccer.. not sure though.

Coldplay site -> Timeline -> 4th March 2005 near the end of the video you can see he's getting bold.

I think it's kinda cool cos it has become his signature thing. But it would be interesting to see him without a cap on. I thought I did see him without a cap briefly in one of the videos in one of the liveblogs. Maybe?
