I drove past the Beehive yesterday afternoon and there was a huge Estate Agents SOLD board nailed to the side?! I'm sure this doesn't mean they've left there - not so soon after going in.

No - for certain, this was attached to their place. There was still a board at the place next door, but this one on the Beehive was much larger and definately said SOLD. Can't remember the name on it but I'll be passing again tomorrow, I'll take a pic on my phone.

But still, there were no queues of fans waiting for them. Judging by the posts and pictures on this forum, how often has someone met them? Once in two weeks, probably?

Don't feel guilty, I agree with what you say. If they were so bothered by people going there, they wouldn't have moved there in the first place considering the Bakery is just down the street and they knew, by the time they moved to the Beehive, that their fans knew where it was. Honestly, I don't know what happened,but you shouldn't feel guilty, you were respectful.

Maybe they are recording in the US for a while which is why they're performing and now keeping everything at the Bakery. :thinking:

Hey Natascha... the price of the other place went down again! First 1.75 million, then 1.6, now 1.5... what a deal!

But maybe that's what it is; the other place sold after the price went down again, and the real estate company sent out someone to put up a 'sold' sign and they just slapped it on adjoining building. That would be funny! Could you imagine the expression on the boys' faces when they go to work in the morning and they see that sign! :lol: Or maybe it's a prank/hint by Phil to Chris, "really, it's almost done, don't be 'confused'."

 

Well whatever it is, real, fake, mistake or otherwise; personally I don't think it's any cause for concern (big or small).

Maybe they bought it. Or they decided just to rent it until it was sold. I don't think too many people bother them. The only people who know they're there are probably some locals, who I'm sure don't care and just a handful of us fans on here and most of us don't even live near them, so it's not like we could go bother them.

They probably were renting the place, and now they bought it, I doubt they are moving, and Wisna, don't feel guilty, you were very respectful concerning your meeting.

they really didn´t seem to be bothered by our meeting. They are always nice to fans, so they can´t wonder the fans want to meet them ;)

Anyway, I quite don´t understand why to put the "SOLD" sign on a building. Is it only like an advertisment for the estate agents? Or what is the point if the building was already sold?

In our country it is usual to have only the "FOR SALE" signs, which is removed after the building has been sold.
