Think it reached 80-90mph here, I live very high up on the East Coast, we got hammered HARD. It was actually hard to stand up outside, severe weather warnings were issued for the rest of Northumberland but where I live we always get hammered allot harder being so high up and unsheltered.

Oh, did I mention it's raining? It's been raining non-stop for over 12 hours now. Had it been closer to freezing we would have had oodles of snow by now!

Do you know that Mississippi and Arkansas will get their first layer of snow on the ground tomorrow? And there wasn't any accumulated snow in Wisconsin yet. Instead we had hell of a lot of rain since the last two days. And I heard that it is unusually mild in the Midwest around this time of the year too.

It has been stormy weather in Denmark today: Trees coming down disrupting several trains / railway lines. Some coastnear streets & roads flooded. Christmas ornaments on the side of the streets blown down in several towns and cities in Jutland.
