Coldplay To Join Jay Z At The BRITS?

Featured Replies

Ahead of the BRIT nominations this evening (January 18), more rumours have begun circulating about this year’s special guest performers. While a few have already been confirmed, many now believe that Jay Z will perform ‘Empire State Of Mind’ with Alicia Keys. It’s also rumoured that the rapper will be joined by his indie mate, Chris Martin.

In other scurrilous gossip, Warner Brothers are said to be fuming over the lack of nominations for Muse and American crooner Michael Buble. Matt Bellamy and co are reportedly in the running for only one award. This prompted their record company to threaten to boycott the booze-laden, back-slapping, narc-fest. They didn’t in the end. Wonder why?

Warners aren’t the only people fuming as Susan Boyle is also said to have been snubbed by tonight’s nominations. Don’t worry Su Bo, because Hot Chip love you. The London dance mob have written ‘Keep Quiet’ in honour of the reality TV star. The track will feature on their forthcoming album, ‘One Life Stand’.

I wish I could watch the Brits as well! :(

I'm sure you'll be able to find them online at some point:shrug:

I never watch the brits,

It's on Itv, which for me is just an awkward channel which you can't record or rewind.

I couldn't be bothered to watch the whole thing either. :laugh4:

I want to see this though.
