agree,

the oasis album could easily win too.

what the fuck is up with dido?

you might aswell throw in James Blunt's album.

Agreed. How the bloody heck did Dido get up there exactly?! I'm sorry, but I don't see that as deserving. :\ Also, very dissapointed to see no Radiohead. In Rainbows should be there, hands down. Sometimes I hate the Brits - last years ceremony only further intensified my feelings. :dozey:

I agree that Oasis may give Coldplay some strong competition - probably won't help that they've broken up now, and their last works weren't half as good (IMHO) :uhoh:

Oasis? Keane?

The list is pretty much a joke :(

So, our boys to win :)

:stunned: I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree with you there... :P

Hopes and Fears was a beautiful work of art in my eyes. My loyalties are torn! :\ :laugh3: But even though I do love Keane, I'm going to have to stick with my Coldplay. AROBTTH is still my fave album and I think it definitely is worthy of the iconic album of the decade! I'd be so happy if they won - it would make up for last years shambles!

We should have a mass viral voting spread to help their chances... Anyone else with me?

Nah, Kid A should be in there. In Rainbows sucked (in my opinion).

But I agree, Coldplay deserve to win!

Bit worried that The Verve might beat them though. :\

Haha, I loved In Rainbows - but I don't disagree with you there, perhaps it would be more deserving of Kid A or The Bends or even... Ok Computer!! ;) For a minute while writing that I kinda forgot those came out in the noughties too. :uhoh: That's so embarassing. Doh.

The Verve might be a threat too, your right. :\ Eep.

Haha...I respect your opinion of course! :) Each to their own.

But at least we agree that Coldplay should win!

how did they manage to leave out U2 and Radiohead? that makes sense....

Damn ,

It sounds wierd

but I dunno for witch one I have to vote !

"(What's the story) Morning glory" is also a very very very good album....

Ah ! Help me! :(

There are some decent albums on that list (Keane, Oasis, Travis) but it's easy for me - Coldplay should win. :D

"How the bloody heck did Dido get up there exactly?! I'm sorry, but I don't see that as deserving. :\ Also, very dissapointed to see no Radiohead."

Dido won Best Album 2002 for "No Angel" and had massive sales.

Although Radiohead have been nominated 5 times for Best Album since 1996 they have never won a BRIT award.

Yeah, they deserve to win imo. I was surprised about Dido but maybe I've missed something. Does anyone know why it's nominated? Whatever, I know that Coldplay will win ;)
