Berlusconi is once again accused of ties to Mafia....and he's still sitting on his "golden chair".... :inquisitive:..... :clap: According to Brunetta, italian young adults are all "Bamboccioni"....they ask us to be independent from our parents, but they do nothing to give us the means to live alone, there is no job (all temporary employments), salary is not adjusted to the cost of living, houses are too expensive...it's so easy to judge with a lot of money in pocket!! :censored::censored::censored::furious3: But we have sun....we have food...we have fashion...mmmm :whatever:
February 12, 201016 yr It snowed here. No, not a flurry, a legitimate snow. I know, it doesn't seem much. However, in my part of Texas, snow is a rare occurrence. This is honestly the most snow I've seen in one place. Everything looks absolutely beautiful here, and I have gone picture crazy last night and this morning trying to get every last detail of snow. I made a snow angel, played fetch with the dogs using snowballs, and made a mini snowman using two pennies, a baby carrot, and the snow that gathered on the back of my mom's car. It was amazing. :)

Sad. :sad: Clothes here depend on your age. High schoolers here usually wear skinny jeans and tight tops (girls I mean, boys wear all sorts of weird baggy things...) but I like to dress a little classier. We don't really have a hugely popular song here at the moment, things have died down a bit after the Grammy's...I think. :lol: Programs, I like The Office, Modern Family, and American Idol. Everyone had an obsession with Lost, but I never watched it.

February 13, 201016 yr In New Zealand we have things like paua and pipis (shellfish), kumara (sweet potato) koura (freshwater crayfish), kiwifruit, and we also have pavlova which is a meringue dessert. Another thing we have here is Hokey Pokey ice cream. Hokey Pokey is pieces of toffee. We say Haere Mai (Hello or welcome), Haere Ra (Goodbye), Aroha (Love).
