I don't know yet if I buy it on the first day, because an EP could come out (together with the main album, like my VLV/PM), and I don't want to own a double album... I could also make a present out of the first album, but anyway.

I'm not exactly excited but I am fairly interested to see what direction it takes.

I've been a fan for a couple of years, I never believed in buying cds till last year. So, this will be my first CP cd I'll buy exactly when it comes out. :dance:

Same here! Except my Dad had all the CDs and played them all the time. I would have been 6 when parachutes came out. I liked Shiver the best, I remember asking for that one all the time. And my brother liked Yellow. My favourite now is Don't Panic.

I knew them in 2000, first heard Yellow. Then bits and pieces of AROBTTH and X&Y. Didn't become truly obsessed till Viva la Vida came out. :tongue: I am anticipating this new album. :smiley:

i've been a fan since yellow was released in the US. And i'm super uber stoked for the 5th album, as long as it's awesome. I did PR work among my friends when VLV came out...gained like 5 new fans for the group. i feel accomplished haha

Just became a fan after VLV, so I'm totally psyched! I also can't wait for them to start touring in US; I've never seen them live :cry:
