IMO a Glee cover of Viva la Vida would be pretty cool. It would kind of be like their cover of Don't Stop Believing and Finn would prolly get the lead. :thinking:

If they have to do Viva La Vida, I think Finn should sing lead vocal. I've had that in mind since we started talking about it.

Even if EMI did do that all the quotes from the creators about it have been snidey. Personally I think Coldplay should have told them to do one. But there you go.

 

I have no problem with the cast performing the songs though, will be interesting. Just not a fan of how the Glee people have handled the whole situation.

Yes, if the quotes from Ryan Murphy and co. are correct, I agree. There's no need for lying about it. I don't see the point in that. Should that make Coldplay want to say yes if they were never even asked before? I think not.

I mean srsly, at first I thought, hey maybe this is like and underdog life thing, with some covers of some good songs by legendry artists.

I was sort of excited, but never got around to watching it.

My cousin became a huge fan, and watched some episodes online.

 

I hate the characters, I only liked Sue, but only a little.

And the germaphobic, I thought she was nice, but sort of annoying in a way.

 

But the kids in Glee were annoying as hell.

Especially Rachel.

The jokes are stupid, the scenes are cheesy, and I just don´t like it.

 

It had some charm, but only in some scenes.

I hope the second season is better.

 

So, I hope Coldplay aren´t apart of this abomination.

All the problems you have with this show are the same as mine. I only liked Sue and the germaphobe, but she's a bit annoying, too.

 

The kids are unlikeable, especially the annoying Rachel. She has no redeeming qualities about her at all.

 

And Will Schuester (or however you spell his name) is a self-absorbed jerk. I hate him.

 

I do hope the next season's better, though, because the first few episodes of the first season were good.
