I do focus on the nice ones...which is the problem right now, because it's over and it showed me something...

Keep the good, lock the bad memories away in a part of your memory and try to forget about them

I keep mine in a box under my bed :heart:

I am honestly embarrassed of most of my memories.

 

Try to remember the good ones, and of course the ones that you aren't embarrassed about.
