Now I play first base. Which is rather odd, considering I'm only 5'. But I'm surprisingly really good at it!

Pitching in coed recreational softball is completely different than high school, so I opted out of pitching here. :D

Yeah, that's somewhat odd. That's cool, though.

I don't think I could ever play softball. I'm a failure at hitting. :|

FFS!

Laptop charger appears to be broken. So long suckers.

A few hours later and a replacement ordered and I get it working.

Can't say I'm too disappointed but my recent annoyance has annoyed me. As it tends to do.

I learned that French people think you have misspelt the word nipple, when you use nibble, which can be awkward.

Haha I'm not sure this can apply to all french people. It could well be just me. :shy:

Through extensive reading, I have learned how to make the list of cocktails designated by the IBA (International Bartender's Association). :shy:

Ooooooh, cocktails :charming:

Today I learned how to do rice-grain moxa. And that apparently I'm more stressed than I feel, dammit. And that I suck at getting assignments done. Haha, what a vicious cycle.

Yeah, I know. I'm looking at more of those as we speak. I just got done looking at how to make a Between the Sheets. :charming:

I learned that the flood is even worse than originally expected, and our river has already broken the all-time record for flooding even though it isn't going to crest until Thursday. :wreck:

^^ Oh no! D: I hope everything turns out OK.

^ I love being barefoot. It's so comfy. :wacky:

Substitute school for uni, and yep :dozey:

What are they? :surprised:

Between the Sheets is a sour drink. Here's what you need:

♦ 3/4 oz. brandy

♦ 3/4 oz. light rum

♦ 3/4 oz. triple sec

♦ 1/2 oz. lemon juice

♦ lemon twist for garnish

1. Pour liquids into cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Shake well.

3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Also, it says if you want a fruitier (less sour) taste, you can substitute the brandy for apricot brandy or peach schnapps. :nice:

I have learned that my english crap isn't due this week, but next week.

Yay, free time for me!

i learned to never sing "Hey Jude" at karaoke ever again.

That Na na na nana na na ending goes on for 4 1/2 fucking minutes!

The dentist numbed my mouth a lot more than I thought he would; I didn't think he'd have to numb it at all!

I've really made some improvements on my flute playing. YAY.

Also, I've come to the realization that for some reason, I'm highly attracted to Blake Shelton. He's hawt. :wreck: I blame my newfound obsession with "The Voice."
