anyone will watch it? i think it can be followed via internet. can't seem to find the link thought.

have you seen one before?

I think when i was in kindergarden I saw a total eclipse.

I have seen a few partial eclipses in my life too.

I saw a full eclipse around 10 years ago, i travelled to cornwall, England, it was unbelievable. The night before I saw about 10 shooting stars and i could see the milky way with crystal clarity. I hate the fact that i live in an urban environment where the light pollution destroys the view of the stars. I want to live in the middle of nowhere

Just the day of my B-day. And There was an eclipse when I was born :uhoh:

dont you think its increadible that the moon just happens to appear the exact same size as the sun when we have an eclipse? without that we wouldnt be able to see the corona of the sun. Its just the most extreme odds ever!

when i was young i saw an eclipse in Tunisia. that was weird for sure.

anyways, lucky countries. :)

No it isn't... found a video on YouTube debunking this misconception, will try to find again, was educational

edit: Don't think I'll be able to find it again; sufice it to say, the moon does not appear the exact same size as the sun (really... simply because the moon is not round and the sun basically is should pwn it this myth before it gets out...) -- If you look behind the moon you can see flares n shit, caused by the moon not fitting over the sun perfectly. Yes, the odds are fairly impressive but with almost any moon you would get a similar effect, not at all like the billions n billions and trillions of zillions to one chances it would seem. (Am still looking for the vid fyi but I don't think it will show up.)

I want to live in the middle of nowhere

Cool. I love solar eclipses. I saw one about 5 or 6 years ago. Short, but very awesome. :wacky:

And I missed one 12 years ago because clouds decided to be in the way. :whip:

It will be extraordinary day, maybe Holland will first win WC.

It sad but I won't see this eclipse, hope I'll enjoy World's Chocolate Day instead
