books for me too, because i can't stand 90% of what's on tv or radio or in movie theaters. but i read all the time. either whatever novel i happen to have on me, a newspaper, or a news magazine. (i'm definitely a complete news junkie too)

yeah i also put books. i like reading. :D

 

but if computer was up there i'd put that. :P but that's still reading. i don't usually play games on the computer. i usually go on the board and READ what is on or READ my e-mails and such. so it all ties in together. :smug: :P

It's a close one between books and movies. I used to read more when I was younger, but as I got older I had to read so much for school, so I stopped reading for fun. I chose movies even though a lot of the ones made nowadays are crap, but I guess I watch more movies than I read books.

I need some suggestions on what good books are out there to read.. gotta get back into it. :/

It's a close one between books and movies. I used to read more when I was younger, but as I got older I had to read so much for school, so I stopped reading for fun. I chose movies even though a lot of the ones made nowadays are crap, but I guess I watch more movies than I read books.

Well as far as suggestions go, it never hurts to go back and reread a book that you know you like. You never can remember 100% of a book, and those rereads shed light on those corners and seems of the stories which are most likely to be forgotten.

 

I've read "Great Expectations" and "Pride and Prejudice" about three times each. That isn't a huge number; it's more indiciative of their status as fall backs.

Television kinda sucks, cos i always get bored since i just like a few shows.

Radio here is just the one of the worst things ever, always playing crap music.

Movies are ok, but i don't really have time/money to go to the movies on a regular basis, sooo i have to vote for books.

But i'd vote for pc if it was an option.
