what exactly do you do to host it?

 

it's really easy. basically you set up some sort of chatroom (I use tiny chat because I'm too shy and there's where for me to do it on webcam w/o it being awkward w/ family), then from there basically you wait for people to come in and u just start the listening party (have everyone start up at the same time)
