Most; Nah, Imma edit, yeah like in a fight, with blades and shit.

Least; Chewed up by a dinosaur or an animal. Eeeghhh :wreck:

Stabbing you in the face but during one of the many pull back motions the bottom of the knife hits me in the temple and causes a slow and very painful death.

is that most or least?

Most, but I was kidding.

So we're looking for aaaaa what exactly? The best way of dying but excluding the best ways of dying?

I don't think I'd like to die in my sleep actually, I'd like to have an opportunity to let go beforehand. Besides that I don't know how I'd like to die, ie how much warning I would like to be given, and I don't know the least pleasant way for me to die either. When I think about the warnings beforehand I'm tempted to say slow-ish (but not like crazy dragged-out) cancer when I'm quite old that isn't very painful would be an okay way to go actually, because I would have a nice long time to digest the idea of my imminent death, finish things I wanted to do, et cetera.

Although a guy in Six Feet Under died in a dough mixer, that is pretty high up on the list of least favorite ways to die for me. I am pretty scared of death to be honest but not like I was when I was a kid, because I think as a teenager I currently feel pretty invincible so the fear of death doesn't really bother me much cuz of that.

Most-being shot in the head with a large calibre gun has got to be pretty quick and painless.

Least-Any sort of being sick.

Least: Death of old age or in sleep

Most: Being stabbed/shot in an epic one-on-one battle

I really don't want to die of old age. Hell, I don't even want to grow that old.

and the worst way would be drowning.

That. It doesn't help that I have no swimming ability whatsoever. :uhoh:

Most: Something epic, like taking a bullet and proclaiming "I'm shot"

Least: Squished to death and turned in to a burrito (I dreamed that happened and it was hell)

edit: Oh, didn't read the first post.

I think I'd want to be shot.

The worst would be to burn to death or fall from a tall building. :uhoh:

When I tried to take this topic seriously, I thought along those lines.

I'd like to be conscious moments before I die, and preferably with family and friends around me, but I think everyone wants that. Who wants their last moments to be alone?

As well as that, I can't think of a 'good' way to die, because even in the aforementioned thought, then it would be having a bunch of people around me feeling so much sadness at my death, how can that be good? I don't even want that, at the same time, people will always be saddened to know someone has died that they know, of course, but to watch them die is even worse.

There's no good way of dying, and it's one of the rare things in life that are not worth thinking about.

Scaphism, also known as the boats, was an ancient Persian method of execution designed to inflict torturous death. The name comes from the Greek word skaphe, meaning "scooped (or hollowed) out".

The naked person was firmly fastened within a back-to-back pair of narrow rowing boats (or a hollowed-out tree trunk), with the head, hands, and feet protruding. The condemned was forced to ingest milk and honey to the point of developing severe diarrhea, and more honey would be rubbed on his body in order to attract insects to the exposed appendages. He or she would then be left to float on a stagnant pond or be exposed to the sun. The defenseless individual's feces accumulated within the container, attracting more insects, which would eat and breed within his or her exposed and increasingly gangrenous flesh. The feeding would be repeated each day in some cases to prolong the torture, so that dehydration or starvation did not provide him or her with the release of death. Death, when it eventually occurred, was probably due to a combination of dehydration, starvation and septic shock. Delirium would typically set in after a few days.

Or being Immortal, that would be pretty good:P

I think that'd be hell.

I wish I hadn't read that.

There was a guy who was killed after he heated a lava lamp on a stove I'm pretty sure. It must have exploded and the glass lacerated and stabbed him.

I think that would be on my least favourite ways, mainly cause I'd be in shitty articles in like the daily mail and the sun newspapers. I'd look like a fool :blank:

Having an illness and being told how long you have to live wouldn't be the worst,

you can say goodbye atleast.

I think it would be great, well maybe not actually for eternity but you can't say you would be interested to see the world in 1000 years time for example?.

This really made me feel sick.

Most: guillotine (quick and relatively painless, and I can still say toodles to the ones I love first)

Least: burning to death

Most - Laughing or being hugged to death. :P

Least - Anything long and painful.

Most: old age, but it's not allowed, so anything mostly pain free like a disease. That way, at least I'm in a hospital and get pain medication and stuff.

Least: getting shot like in the book The Running Man, the guy gets a hole in his stomach area on a plane and his intestines come out so he picks them up and carries them, stepping on them along the way, so he can crash the plane into a building and explode. :|
