Beat me to it :dozey: I'm not as insane about it as most people but it fits the description of "youth problems".

Reilly
Head On/Gegen Die Wand. It's the most totally accessible journey into morality I can think of, brilliant film. I love this film, but not many people who speak English do, so here's the trailer subtitled in French: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoEskub6VdY]YouTube- GEGEN DIE WAND ( HEAD-ON) - HQ Trailer ( 2004 )[/ame] This isn't quite as accessible, but even more brilliant, Run Lola Run. If you like the exploits of drunken/drug fuelled actors on a 'holiday' to the countryside then you will LOVE the film. It is a real classic and a real cult hit but not as well known as it should be. Ridiculously quotable as well.
