Considering the statement says "While there is no set plan for the band to begin working together again, no one knows what tomorrow may bring", my guess is this is them basically retiring. I actually do think it's sad. I happened to like Blink 182.

February 23, 200521 yr i guessed a lot of people here would. I find them very bland, and think Run was the most boring and overrated song of last year. It's 95% probable, that it's just me being bitter...i should be able to just say "i don't really like them..but they're obviously good at what they do if so many other do" but i can't!..[apart from that one time example] I don't like it when other people like them..haha. i guess i must be immature :baby: :/
February 23, 200521 yr lol totally understand...I went thru a similar thing with the Killers.... I was into them ions ago and now everyone thinks they're the best thing since sliced bread!! I mean, they're good, but I dont think they are the musical geniuses that some people have pegged them to be. :confused:

Thank god theyve finally split it was such a burden on Travis Barker (The only reason Blink 182 fans arent ALL an army of 8 year olds who like Nickelodeon) who can now do all the trendy rap, hip hop, to trendy rock, videos for the next 40 or 50 years. Barker IS a fantastic drummer though, the best of his class (Those punk drummers, I mean punk as in FUCKING PUNKS). As for Snow Patrol, hahaha... Anyways, Blinks popularity seems to be going down (Or Ive completely numbed myself from pop music altogether) so they cant annoy me in the darkness of my room.
