March 19, 201115 yr Depends whose funeral. Some comedians actually insist upon it in their wills. Then they become fun-erals................................... :P
March 21, 201115 yr Definitely not. I'm terrified of death and I don't think I'm very good with people either.
March 22, 201115 yr I have never dealt with the death of someone close to me, I don't know if I would be able to deal with the constant presence of death. plus my sympathising skills are rather shitty...fuck it my ability to have normal conversations with people is pretty bad. So that's a firm no.
March 22, 201115 yr I think I could do it if I had to, I would never do it if I had a choice not to. But yeah, I think I can deal with the death of strangers. Besides, when it's your job you know you have to stay strong, not cry and be as comforting (without entering people's private life) as you can? So yeah, it'd be hard but I'd probably be able to handle it.
March 22, 201115 yr The worst part is, you'd have to be dead serious the whole time...................................
March 22, 201115 yr Did you hear about the successful funeral director who floated his company on the stock exchange?
March 22, 201115 yr Author Why am I not surprised you started this thread Greg? :p Haha, I have no idea, why aren't you? And Mark, just out of interest, what is your honest answer to the thread? If you give that, with a valid reason, I'll let you make puns without retort for at least a week.
March 23, 201115 yr Nope. I would be awful. How can you be so sure? You might have a hidden talent!:P
