What is your favorite band live?

Featured Replies

Well, guys... i was searching for a thread about it, but i can't found it.

So, that's the question. I wanted to share our favorite band live like U2, or another.

For example my favorite band live are:

Incubus (they're so great live... i think they're the best band live i've ever seen) :awesome:

Franz ferdinand (They're great in live too, above all when they play the drums three at the same time):)

The Top 5 Bands/artists I've seen

Radiohead

Paul McCartney

Roger Waters

Arcade Fire

Atoms for Peace

Paul McCartney and Muse

I like Coldplay performing... :D

But also:

Bon Jovi (8th June, can't wait! :D)

The Verve

Pearl Jam

Kings Of Leon

Snow Patrol

Radiohead!

All of them have/had great shows.

Best band I've seen live were CocoRosie.

I've seen them twice though, the first time was phenomenal, the second time was good. The second time they were playing a worse set in my eyes though.

Other bands I've seen live who I really thought were great were Radiohead, The Strokes, Arcade Fire, Iggy Pop, Primal Scream, Smashing Pumpkins, Sparklehorse and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

Bands I like who I would love to see live and feel they would be great from performances I've seen online are Bjork, Antony & The Johnsons, Beck, Flaming Lips, Portishead, Massive Attack, White Stripes (alas no more), Aphex Twin, then a few of the folky lot like Devendra Banhart, Department Of Eagles and Martin Grech.

Pearl Jam

U2

Dave Matthews Band

Green Day

Arcade Fire

Coldplay

Bruce Springsteen

Red Hot Chili Peppers

Incubus

AFI

The Strokes

Jimmy Eat World

Social Distortion

Stone Temple Pilots

Goo Goo Dolls

Radiohead

Out of the ones I have seen, the best of the best are Coldplay, The Strokes, and Beach House. Out of the ones I've just seen video of, I'd say The National and Arcade Fire.

I've only seen Coldplay live and it was amazing.

I wish I could have seen Jónsi live last year though. Now THAT would be amazing. He definitely had one of the best live acts ever.

In London, and they played indoor in front of a waterfall coming from above their heads with a light show on the waterfall. Glorious.

I forgot LCD Soundsystem :bigcry: they were amazing when I saw them

Green Day

I would love to see all them live before I die!
