I actually the title - because it's clearly an outright reference to the artist Mylo in London - they must have seen the artwork/graffiti/etc. around town and found out about him, and went with that theme.

 

The xyloto part has been dissected in the the other threads which may be a play on the word the artist used for cameras. Wow, I love it, love the cover, can't wait.
