Was PoC ever filmed in the format of the rest of the Rock am Ring festival streams?

 

It's kinda weird that we can only find handheld videos of it (nor is it in the official setlist).

It wasn't played at Rock am Ring, just Rock im Park--which had no live streaming. So the only videos we have are from people in the crowd.

 

I do wish we had a HQ version, though. It sounds like a cool song :P

And now I feel like an idiot for not knowing that there were two simultaneous festivals going on.

Actually, Rock im Park and Rock am Ring are at the same festival--just different days and Coldplay played on both. So you're right about there only being one festival :awesome:

If I had only known that before I would have recorded the audio with my crappy cellphone audio recorder. It would have been at least something. :bomb:

I just love how you can hear the song, but once the bass kicks in on any live version, it overwelms the cellphone or camera and just turns to BOOSHBOOSHBOOSHBOOSH and chris can barely be heard. lol

^ It reminds me of a phrase that my school's jazz band always says after a performance. We all turn to our bassist and say "TURN THE BASS DOOOOWWWNN!" :cool:

Yeah. Tried to listen to the versions of PoC out. So at this point, I have no idea what to think. I can't wait to hear it soon!

It's incredible, I was losing hope and instead today I've found an higher quality version! Yay!

Chris is singing la-la-las around halfway through the song. Pretty sure he hasn't come up with lyrics at the time.

Yeah, this song generally sounds good, but the lyrics really needed brushing up. Hope they're fixed by this time.

I couldn't believe that there were only two recordings of the song at Rock Im Park, so I've tried looking harder for it on Youtube, keeping an eye at the concert setlist and seeing if someone had uploaded the song along some most famous song ... and so that was the case!

I've found a user who uploaded it together with GPASUYF thinking it was Major Minus.

So I've added the missing seconds at the beginning from previous (bad) recordings, an artwork worthy of its name…and now we just have to wait until October :)
