Exit Music is freaking genius. I've never really appreciated this song, but right now it's my favourite one. Not only the song, but the way Thom's singing it.... Just perfect.

Wake.. from your sleep

The drying of your tears

Today we escape, we escape

Pack.. and get dressed

Before your father hears us

Before all hell breaks loose

Breathe, keep breathing

Don't lose your nerve

Breathe, keep breathing

I can't do this alone

Sing.. us a song

A song to keep us warm

There's such a chill, such a chill

You can laugh

A spineless laugh

We hope your rules and wisdom choke you

Now we are one in everlasting peace

We hope that you choke, that you choke

We hope that you choke, that you choke

We hope that you choke, that you choke

Ohhhh yeah :dead:

I'm feeling high

And dry :uhoh:

Great! Cant wait.......

Oh yeah Exit Music is definitely one of the best Radiohead songs ever. My favorite part is when the bass comes in and Thom's screaming "We hope your rules and wisdom choke you! Now we are one in everlasting peace!"

Probably a stupid question, but I'm curious, does anyone know what that instrument Ed uses in the Glasto 03 performance of Paranoid Android is? I don't know whether he's used it in other shows..

i remember my music teacher showed me it once, but i didn't remember the name

it calls cabasa according to wikipedia

I saw that OK Computer is getting the "World's Greatest Albums" dvd treatment, where a lot of reviewers talk though it track by track to give what it's like.

EDIT: nevermind

Thanks

For some reason I don't like Anyone Can Play Guitar :anxious: It sounds so... Popish :uhoh2:

It's just not Radiohead-like for me.

wow thankyou for the DAS pictures and the news on the DVD,cant wait to get that! :nice:

Thanks

well I like it. I don't LOVE it.. but it's ok..

Anyone Can Play Guitar is pretty terrible. The only good songs on Pablo are 'Creep', 'I Can't', and maybe 'You' and 'Prove Yourself'.

Haha but even that song (ACPG) is pretty good - far above your average pop song, especially with the sarcasm and irony :laugh3:

I really loved Pop Is Dead, but I guess that's not strictly from Pablo Honey... Oh, and Inside My Head too. Far too trashy, but hey, RH can rock out real good when they choose to :nice:

 Actually, which releases are the songs from?

Inside My Head is a Creep b-side I think..

Pop Is Dead was just a single release (may 1993)

"Pop is Dead" and "Inside My Head" can actually both be found on the Stop Whispering single.

However, "Pop is Dead" was previously released as a single itself as yellowish said.

I dont listen pablo honey that much..but i think i like all the songs of the album except blow out and ripcord. I really like: thinking about you and anyone can play guitar.

pop is dead

Holy moly :wideeyed:

I've just watched the dvd with seven RH videos, I'm so excited

I didn't even know that there's a video for Fake Plastic Trees

And Street Spirit video is just amazing, and I loved High and Dry too... I probably will rewatch this dvd all night :cheesy:
