  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

no probs :D

what do you think about them?

imo around 1 sounds like an already finished one (Nude) around 9-10 are changing from show to show (Videotape, 15 Step, Arpeggi, Bodysnatchers, Bangers 'n' Mash, House Of Cards, All I Need, Spooks, 4 Minute Warning, Down Is The New Up)

and some might not make the next LP after considering that RH didn't play them too many times (Go Slowly, Open Pick)

and there's still many new songs (4-5??) which Radiohead would like to try/play this or more likely next year.

so far the new stuff sounds very promising (i think, LP 7 has a potential to be the 3rd best Radiohead album after OKC and Kid A)

so far my rating of the new songs :D (aleays changes)

1. 15 Step 10.0

2. Videotape 10.0

3. Nude 10.0

4. Arpeggi 9.5

5. All I Need 9.5

6. House Of Cards 9.5

7. Bodysnatchers 9.2

8. Open Pick 9.0

9. 4 Minute Warning 8.4

10. Bangers 'n' Mash 8.1

11. Down Is The New Up 8.0

12. Spooks 7.7

13. Go Slowly 7.1

I totally love their new songs :stunned: I listen a few of them in really shitty quality and gotta confess that didnt do the trick for me but after that live mix of decent quality bootlegs i got hooked up again :D

I'm going to bed listening their new songs now ahh its addictive! ( thanks again for that Nik  )

I dont know what to pick man, i lvoe all their new songs but my fav are videotape, nude,15 step, 4 minute warning and arpeggi though this version is quite different from the arpeggi version i got before, but i totally love it! Damn i liked thom's solo album but when this 5 guys get together and make music its just magical , god bless them

Hope a soundboard bootleg arrives soon, i really wanna listen their new songs in all their glory :D

I really hope that too.

that Arpeggi was played with orchestra at Ether Festival (classical music festival), so it was predictable it will change a lot. though that Ether version is lovely

Arpeggi will change in the studio a bit (they will add some strings) for sure.

and yeah Videotape is amazing...though that version which was in the archive is far the best...tbh Videotape has been ruined a bit since it's 1st performance :( though, i still love it

SBD recording will arrive soon (hopefully), but the problem is: it was a festival, what means Radiohead mostly played their "greatest hits". only 2 new songs were performed then (no 15 Step, nor Arpeggi or Videotape :( ). so i'm afraid we have to wait till 2007 to get the really good quality recordings of the "LP7 songs"

and of course we haven't heard the rest of the new songs (though it's not 100% we're gonna hear them this or next year) like "Burn The Witch", "A Reckoner" (full band) or "Pig's Ear"...

at least 2!

Man, I cant wait to hear the studio versions of the new songs!

and then hopefully next year a few nice SBD recordings!!!

they recorded their Bonnaroo performance (2,5 hours, 27 or 28 songs :o), so i'm almost sure there's gonna be a DVD...soon :)

and that one will contain at least 6-7 new songs

Well... actually i have no fucking idea !! :\ But maybe the ones to ask are people called, you know, Thom, Jonny, Phil, Ed and Colin :wink3:.

But, as funny as it may seem, Karma Police sounded like a great ending song, which made many people shout and cry (for example, me  ).

Raise your hand if you want marek banned from this holy thread :wacky:

omg! i belong there!! i was just home..reading fucking books! because i had no tickets! argh!! :(

Jonny takes such beautiful atmospheric pictures. They seriously mess with my head, though... is the first one a reflection or a double exposure?
