There's something about cuttooth... I don't know what, but I like it. Something about the way it sounds. It's almost like liquid sunshine. :sunny:

 

And yeah, it's one of the Amnesiac b-sides.

 

Honestly, the only song of theirs that I've heard that I could actually say I hate (still too strong a word though) is Creep.

I dont' know, really. Same reason I hate most grunge, I guess. Self pity, sadness, beating yourself up for something (like in Just) none of that I mind, but actual selfloathing? Can't stand it. I get Creep stuck in my head, and I feel like crap for the rest of the day.

Interesting reason. I just sometimes can't stand Creep because it's so... erg, so fucking simple. And it's just such a radiosong, one of those you get sick of really easily even though they re nice.

Creep isn't a bad song, really. But compared to even their songs on The Bends its rather simple.

I can see how Creep could make you feel worthless. For me though songs don't really have that affect on me.

I don't think it's like a radio song. I don't even think it's that simple. :D It just gets... Argh, I actually think that everyone who has slagged off that song made me feel like that. :D Everyone or at least some have been complaining about the song and...

yeah, i was thinking just about this awhile ago. Most of people know just Creep, but not anything else, and they think Radiohead is Creep and that's it. But there are lots of other songs that are greater than this one... and much different as well.

I sort of agree with Erin on this one,for nearly the same exact reason.

I think it's a good song indeed, but, as many of you said, it's sooo simple, and I understand why they perform it so rarely nowadays. It's so boring to play. Except Jonny's part.

 

But the lyrics are really beautiful IMO. You know "You float like a feather in a beautiful world". This is fantastic.
