What's this people say about a hidden booklet in Kid A? I've looked and I see no booklet.

I think it's a part of the Special Edition. So if you don't have it, you probably don't have SE either.

and what's special about that hidden book

Actually, it looks like the booklet isn't the Special Edition treat, just something they added to the first thousand copies of the album.
