  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

Yeah.I used to love RH, but last months I didn't listen to them much, don't know why.But now I think I'm gonna add them in my top favs again :earmuffs:

I know how you feel. Sometimes, you just get into something and you hear not much else of some old loves. In your case, I assume it is Muse that took you away from RH?

there is so much music I have stayed away from these past few weeks.

But that does not mean that i do not like em anymore.

like, i just recently got into listening to The Cure and the Smashing Pumpkins...like i used to and i love them a little more again ;)

Well I fell in love with Muse when I was listening to RH, but maybe you're right, I think I stoped listening to RH because of Muse.I hope I'll keep loving both now, cause I really like these bands.

Yeah, sometimes we open bands again and it's an awesome feeling ;)

me tooo

at first i did not care much for Muse, because i am in LOVE with Radiohead and people were comparing Muse to Rh and i was like....NOOOOOooo and refused them

but then! i heard muscle museum and sunburn (from showbiz) and i fell in

Yeah I still don't like when people compare every good band with RH.I mean, RH is great, but there're another bands which deserve to live. But still RH is classic.

So....finally i have the bends and hail to the thief now...I all i can say so far is that I love the bends...it makes me happy....somehow.....

I have to get deeper into HTTT.....but one thing I can say: I really like the bends.....but in the quality part it can't beat OK Computer....it's still my favourite....

and I'm getting more and more into Kid A!

Whow......We'll have to rename this board into Radioheading soon.....

:laugh1:

@ Lera: True, RH is an origional, and while some may TRY to copy dem, they shall no succeed.

@ Julia: Kid A was the first album i got to hear! :cheesy:

Glad you've got a couple more RH albums Julia, they're great aren't they? So stimulating to hear... :D

I know I should post this in the Muse thread but I'm too lazy to keep up, so could any long-time fans recommend one or two Muse albums I could start off with? First heard them @ Live8 and haven't been able to shake them off since! Their sound's good and they really rock

I'd recommend you to start with Showbiz-it's my favorite one.If you wanna discuss it later, welcome to our Muse thread!

:D

I like Radiohead now that Eric has showed me some songs... I didn't like them at first... then I did... and now I have every album song :stunned:.

I like Knives Out--I'm learning it on the guitar...

It's hard to choose but I think my favorites are Fake Plasctic Trees, High And Dry, Creep, There There, Idioteque, Pyramid Song.

Alyssa, man alll the songs...already!? Good for you.

my favorites are mostly b-sides. . . but there are several several others that i like offa the albums and such.

I can't think of one song that i DONT'T like.

you know, like Coldplay that made that sorry sorry song 'A Whisper'

but no, with RH ...it's all good

No I just......It's weird to have many reps like I'm famous and I'm not. That russian RHlover gave me.....But if I give you rep I won't lost mine :\

Hah yeah A Whisper is not their best :P

Haha it's not THAT bad, but I don't like it still

:laugh4:

Nah....don't write my thought off as dirty, nerely a possible possibility
