NumbersGirl
:bigcry: I think this is for last season, but I assume the process will still be the same. To enter the Saturday Night Live ticket lottery for the upcoming 2010-2011 season send an email in the month of August only to [email protected]. Please include all contact information and do not request a specific date. If you are selected, you will receive two tickets to a random show date and time. You may only send one email per household and all audience members must be at least 16 years of age. Please note that entering the lottery does not guarantee tickets, and you will only be notified in the event that you are chosen. Stand-by tickets are distributed at 7am on the 49th st. side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza on the mornings of the tapings. You may choose a stand-by ticket for either the 8pm dress rehearsal or the 11:30pm live taping. Aside from minimal, necessary breaks, all stand-by line members must remain in line at all times. Stand-by tickets are limited to one per person and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. NBC staff reserves the right to revoke or not issue any ticket to anyone in line if proper procedures are not followed. Please arrive no later than 7:15pm for the dress rehearsal or 10:45pm for the live show. A stand-by ticket does not guarantee admission and no one under the age of 16 will be admitted. NumbersGirl
I wonder what 2 songs they'll play. I imagine Lotus Flower for sure, but the other one? You never know, they could play more. Sorry to bring up Coldplay here, but at their last visit to SNL they played 4 songs. edit: Probably Bloom.
the_gloaming09
hmm I didn't know that. I thought it was usually only two songs. I'd love to see them play Feral or The Daily Mail
NumbersGirl
hmm I didn't know that. I thought it was usually only two songs. I'd love to see them play Feral or The Daily Mail Yeah but CP is special or something. Actually, the fourth one was squeezed in as the credits were rolling so you didn't see very much of it. I think the cast skipped the obligatory "thank you / goodnight" thing with the SNL band playing in the background to fit in, but the fourth performance still got partly chopped off. Of the two you mentioned, I would prefer The Daily Mail. It will be interesting to see if they bring Clive with them. And if so, whether they show him in the band pic for SNL. And also whether they have the backing horns/etc. people with them. edit: Wait, isn't September 24th one of those action-day thingies? I wonder if they are going to participate in New York? :surprised:

Ms Magpie
Ok, who can interpret this? ChieftanMews Chieftan Mews @StanleyDonwood I see you have finally cut "Lost Angeles". Are you going to toss that into the Ziggurat too? I feel guilt when I go jogging.
indanomati
When are they saying anything about the tour daaates! This is so annoying. Question, for those of you who've been to a Radiohead concert: How much does it usually cost to go to one?
Black Rose
Victoria Park in Londontown on the In Rainbows tour cost just over £50 for ticket + various added fees. Although for me the hotel cost more, because I didn't realise it was close to London Fields Railway station
