We still want Wedding Bells!

Featured Replies

Come on Chris :shifty: youve been teasing us for too long. Its time we get a finished version of Wedding Bells. Hell, at this point Ill settle for it as a B-side, (even though its better then that) or a download from your website. Come on guys

I figured as much  but you never know, Chris played it at that one bar sometime this year. It was so much better than Christmas Lights too, not that I have anything against CL, it's just Wedding Bells is my favorite song

I remember a while back that chris told some fan who posted on twitter that wedding bells would 100% not be on LP5. I doubt it will be released at all tbh

A guy can dream though right? Chris has played it on multiple occasions

I would like it very much if he just released it as a b side or any thing id just like a real version of it.

I think it's a wonderful song, but I don't want to get my hopes up because both the guys and the Oracle have said that it won't be on LP5 :\

But who knows, maybe it will surface as a b-side

^Yeah your probably right, but it seems like they've given it too much attention for it to go unreleased.

^ Yeah, but think about all of the songs that were scrapped from previous albums at the last minute (songs like Lukas, Famous Old Painters, etc.) I'm sure by now they've gotten used to scratching completed or nearly-completed songs from albums

They should release an album of all unreleased songs :D

btw wedding bells is one of my top played songs on itunes lol :)

Yeah, just like they stopped playing Spanish Rain

Dude he just played for less than a minute lol

I loved wedding bells but I doubt we will hear it again

wedding bells wasn't even a full song... it seemed pretty unfinished.. and pretty plain to be honest, im kinda glad it was just reworked into christmas lights.

^ I dont doubt we'll hear it again, I doubt it will be included on Lp5, well its stronger than doubt, I know it won't be there (big shame too), but I think it will make its studio debut one day

I love Wedding Bells. It's a beautiful song. But in that small bar gig, Chris confirmed it was not gonna be released. Which is sad.

As for Spanish Rain, I remember the Oracle saying that Chris said it would be a B-side, but that was a long time ago and even the Oracle didn't believe him. So, that probably isn't happening either :/

^ Im pretty sure he just said its not going on our record or anything, or anything Could mean never released, but not necessarily

Man, lets be rational. It's a wonderful song and everything and bla bla bla, but it's said the album didn't start until May of this year. All the job before that is discarded and all that we have of these songs on the new ones is inspiration.

Last time Weeding Bells was played

If the album didnt start till May of this year we wouldnt have ETIAW, HLH, or PoC

I guess it's March not May, I misplaced the months. Anyway, it's not my words, it's the band ones.
