A rather interesting read. Definitely some good theories in there.

 

I do have a theory which may link Princess of China to the theme of the album. Judging by the lyrics to it, I think this "King" (the one who wrote the song) may possibly be the leader of this "Major Minus" network (perhaps the head of a government?). His daughter, the "Princess", is disgusted by his actions and motives, but plays along with what her father was doing ("Once upon a time, we're on the same side") until she was older, when she decides to run away and join the underground movement ("You let me go..."). After the "King" finds out what she does, he talks about how she could have had a wonderful and prosperous life if she didn't abandon his side ("You could have been a princess...").

 

I know it sounds rather far-fetched and silly, and it may just be me wanting the song on the album so bad, but that's my take on it :D
