That's the same error message I got too.

I did have trouble reading those 2 words you have to copy in the end. I tried so many options. When I was sure I spelled them correctly, I still got the error.

I've just tried creating a fake account from the UK, wouldn't work for me either. If you have facebook or twitter try those in the meantime while I send a message back to BTDMA reporting the error :)
