Thanks Christa! I'll be around a lot..especially after my meeting with Chris and the boys. I'm sure it will take a while for the stars fade.

Hey, somehow I got myself on the guest list, my Coldplay Karma strikes again, but without a +1( :( Chels so sowwy) . hopefully i can come back with some pics. I do not think I will be asking a question.

It's on the Spectrum channel, channel 28. Listening on the Sirusxm website right now, think it starts in a few minutes.

Don't have SiriusXM. I was hoping for another link like we had this morning.

I signed up for a free 7 day account, so i'm not sure, sorry.

I can't believe its 2 hours! I hope commercial free.

I'm not even done listening to the Howard Stern show yet. This is one unproductive work day but a fabulous one at that!

^ I'm about 40 minutes into the Howard interview but I stopped it to listen to this lol. I am also at work but it is definitely making my work day more bearable :)

Oh well, I'm going for a long run while listening to Chris on Howard Stern. Hopefully our friend U2ITNOL is capturing the town hall for the rest of us as well.

It's over. Pretty good questions were asked. Sorry, wish I could of recorded it :(

Hello Coldplayers,

ok so here is a little review of someone "outside the fishbowl". So peeps sent in questions and the ones that got picked were inside the fishbowl. It was interesting, there were ppl from all over the US which I found great and probably well orchestrated but the ppl had to pay for airfare and lodging. These were die hard fans. They went into this glass studio fishbowl where they recorded the interview. First of all, kudos to Coldplay, the interview was 2 hours long!! and the questions were very deep and they really had to think, Chris even asked, "what was question again?" , no "what's your favorite color?" kind of questions either. So the space was very open and all glass . I along with about 60 other ppl, staff, Fransky, vicki, lots of security and tons of Sirius VIP's were on the outside looking in. I had a great view on the outside, front row seats but you could move around it was very cool. The boys came in at 12, we had been there since 10:45 oh and Andy Dick was there, he was on Howard that am. Jenny, My fav dj was the commentator and she is wonderful, I love her. She makes everyone very comfortable. Everyone was enjoying the moment, all smiles and lots of fab energy all around.

The boys were in a great mood and seemed quite happy to be there, they had on their regular garb. It was quite surreal to see Coldplay and not expect them to break into song, but i learned so much and was driven to tears on a few points they made including the Jeff Buckley comments. They talked about country music and graffiti inspirations, making something beautiful out of nothing and how much of a family they are, best friends who make music. I feel so blessed to be there. Everyone was in awe and hung on every word. No one could really take pics, I was not going to be getting in trouble this time since my friend who works there got me in. They talked about how they try out live songs to see if they make it on the album, their love of itunes and when VIVA came out and their love of vinyl. during intermissions they played a lot of the new songs but did play IMP and had to hold myself back a bit and it was weird cause they were there and not singing it. i telling ya it was frickin surreal. I hope everyone gets to listen to the interview but I'm not sure how it works with it being a paid radio service, which i do love and have in my Ruby (yes i named my car after someone here on the board)

So they only let ppl had the questions take pics with a prof photographer so no pic for me but i got something special........ I said hello to Chris on his way out, we shook hands said hello to each other, quick mention of the Today Show and he was wisked out the door.

so I'm in heaven

AWW CHRISTA, SO HAPPY FOR YOU :wacky:

I would have loved to be there as well, but my CP Karma quota is filled for some time. It sounds like an awesome, really unique experience, and it sounds like they selected the people well too, that everyone was on their best behavior and no one was a crazed person that only wanted the autograph and photo to show their friends.

Glad it was such a good experience for you :nice:.

I am super happy for ya, and so happy it was true uberfans that were picked to ask the questions!

Did anybody record the Q & A session? Please post it if anyone did record!

Weeee Christa, lovely review. Sooo glad you had that much fun!

Thanks for the lovely review Christa! :nice:

thanks everyone! oh a couple things i forgot was when Chris was talking about Ben & Jerry's ice cream and I thought, " hmmm perfect segway for a schweddy balls comment" and of course one of you wanted me to shout it out hahaha, ( alas no, I'm still trying for a job there) but he did not go down that road! and I do not recall Chris cursing once! and one of the questions was about how a true rock band does not have a perfume or fragrance and somehow the band and Jenny thought up a scent called "Exploding Pigeons"By Coldplay, it was hysterical! too long to tell the whole story but hope you can listen to the show, and by the way did anyone record it?
