Even if the storm passes, depending on the weather previously, the stadium/gear could still be unsafe. Most of the time these things are regulated by law for Health and Safety. There have been many disasterous cases of injuries and even fatalities during outdoor gigs in unsafe weather conditions. It's not something to joke around with.
