To me sometimes seems that parts of coldplay's lyrics say a lot but at the same time say almoust nothing at all .For example yellow: ''and all the things that you do,and it was called yellow..."

not everything has meaning in their song

um its not that hard to understand, he made a song about everything she does and called it yellow

they had just finished doing spies and they went out for a smoke and chris looked at the sky, and he said it was the most beautiful thing because it was full of YELLOW stars.

It wasn't - they realised the two EP's before they wrote Yellow. Eric's right - Chris went outside during a recording session and looked up at the sky and was inspired...the rest is history.

then why does chris always say the first song he wrote he was just fooling around with ian (something) and made a song out of it and started coldplay.. ah what the hell i dont even care anyways..
