It doesn't matter if it's piano, guitar, bass or anything else. Mine would be: Charlie Brown (guitar/piano) Life In Technicolor (strange instrument I don't know the name) In My Place (guitar) Lovers In Japan (tack piano, don't really know if it counts as a riff but...) If I could just take out the lyrics in Clocks, I would get deeply lost in just the music. (btw - my absolute favorite Coldplay songs usually have to do with the music, over lyrics, and over what is popular or what is the most obscure track I can find).
