February 2, 201610 yr I meant the line might be out of VLV but we know this is Clue 2, so it might lead to 42 I thought... Oh sorry. Read it out of context :)
February 2, 201610 yr No but Jedi Leo had an very interesting reasoning, is also in the song that contains clue 2.
February 2, 201610 yr You don't understand them but I do could refer to Talk "they're speaking in a language I don't speak"
February 2, 201610 yr Yes. I know it was a bit compicated but I couldn't give details of the lyrics. :) Your turn.
February 2, 201610 yr It was a great riddle ! I give credit to @Jedi Leo for it was his guess (and you saying it was in the right direction) that brought me on the right track.... Let me think of a new one...
February 2, 201610 yr And in the end, when you finally follow him, this action can be part of the cure.
February 2, 201610 yr First thing that comes to mind when reading this, is this image of Chris running into the crowd at this concert and making it back on stage just on time for the end of Fix You. :D
February 2, 201610 yr And in the end, when you finally follow him, this action can be part of the cure. Death and all of his friends?
February 2, 201610 yr You guessed part of it ("when you finally follow him") but this is not the final answer. You have to decode the entire sentence :)
February 2, 201610 yr And in the end, when you finally follow him, this action can be part of the cure. The Escapist!
February 2, 201610 yr Clocks? "Am I a part of the cure...?" The song was thought to be about death, possibly, so it fits with the devil part
February 2, 201610 yr The two clues seem to be "Death and all of his friends" and "Clocks". Are we supposed to find a connection between these two songs which leads to the solution?
February 2, 201610 yr The two clues seem to be "Death and all of his friends" and "Clocks". Are we supposed to find a connection between these two songs which leads to the solution? I think that is the idea. The first part is probably The escapist. The cure --> could also relate to Carefull where you stand. I had to deal with a lot of puzzles at work today so I really didn't have time to dig into this. The only weird reasoning that I've found resulted in "Every teardrop is a waterfall". I don't even remember how I got to that, I would have to take a look at my scribbles. :)
February 2, 201610 yr Me too. I don't know the Escapist. I think I'm at a disadvantage here because I really only know the album songs. I've been using WikiColdplay to look up sings, then lyrics. Any other ideas? The Google link shared was just the general one; any other websites? Now I want to hear all these songs I'm missing!!
February 2, 201610 yr Me too. I don't know the Escapist. Now I want to hear all these songs I'm missing!! Try Youtube, a lot of the b-sides & demos can be found there. Lyrics can be found on several sites. :)
