Opening acts for Ghost Stories tour?

Featured Replies

I could definitely see Kodaline or Bastille opening, The Temper Trap would be cool too, but what about Elbow? I think they'd be perfect...

But it will probably be someone who has released 1/2 singles and expects the audience to know the words to the other songs.

Won't beat the support of 2005, Interpol & Morning Runner (with Supergrass on some dates)

What about more ambient music bands, like Moby or Magawi?

Magawi?

Never heard of Magawi before! :laugh3:

Speaking of Ambient bands, both Mogwai and Sigur Rós would make a kick-ass European leg opener!

If and when they tour Latin America i would LOVE Carla Morrison. I think shes amazing

Elbow would be a bit too fantastic :drunk:

I reaaaaaally hope it won't be Bastille ._. I don't get what everybody finds so great about them (just my opinion don't shoot me)

LOL you're not alone. I definitely prefer Bear's Den Pompeii over Bastille's. Plus their song was released a year before. Totally different song to Bastille's and some folks would probably hate it. I think it's gorgeous and they are really good live though not a great match with Coldplay. Haim maybe??
