well 2009 and 2010 two places they toured here where i was close to had seen them, (couldn't go in the last moment), they gave problems as leaving the stage in the middle of the show for 'technical reasons' :|

What do you think of the song Monster Truck? For me..it's a letdown :(

first off apparently is a cover, from plastilina mosh? (never heard those before).

they got to disappoint me as soon as the album got released (not to mention what happened during live performances), yeah i like some songs as Kings of Medicine, Bright Lights (album version), Devil in details, Kitty Litter, Speak in tongues, but other things i don't like.

i'm disappointed by some songs as Unisex, that one you said falls in that group sadly. :(

Battle for the Sun got me into them. But after I've listened to all their albums and stuff..I think my fave album is their first album :)

i got more into them (i knew they were around since late 1997 but never got to check them properly) in the late period of their Meds album, so i happen to prefer 2003-2007 period most.

well i'm not that so much ahead, i payed them more attention for the Infra-Red and Song to Say Goodbye mostly, that's around 2006. Mainly it helped me 'express' some feels i was not able to express myself, as to say, was in a crucial time in my life.

 

i generally prefer Brian's collabs or the bsides. In fact most his collabs got me to discover more bands. (So bad he hasn't collab with HIM yet, thought they appreciate each other's work, or used to).

i dunno, all i know is that back in a 2003 interview in Mexico, he spoke spanish, knew few but at least he knew something, and the interviewer asked him if he had tried 'spanish flavour' and he said yes, then interviewer asked again 'and mexican flavour' and he said no.... i'm talking from memory, interview was on YT.

i don't know if they are still playing :shrug: and btw all the high moment for Hotel Persona was 2008, if they were together back them doesn't mean they still are today, see Brian.
