Well I don't know if Archiderp can get it solved by reinstalling.

 

But it is always a good idea to clear caches and if that doesn't work, to reinstall.

 

I'm an IT'er so I should have known. :D

That's similar to the error that I had.

 

I got it solved by doing an uninstall of the app and then reinstall.

I'm getting this error message when I try to use the Coldplaying app on android.

I can't see any issues on the backend. Try restarting your phone, app and try logging out and back in again. Re-install the app if that doesn't work still.

I tried restarting my phone, but that didn't work. I'll go reinstall now and let you know how it goes! Thanks!

Aiko is also having the same problem.

Did the app launch about 6 months ago? If so, was there only a 6-month license that needs to be renewed?

When the message pops up, I press the back button of my cell phone and still can navigate here. But everytime I open the app, this appears:

Oh wait, I went and tried it again, and the message still appears but I am able to hit the back button now!

It's come up on mine now. Try tapping outside of the box and it should work. Temporary workaround but i'll raise this issue to Tapatalk.

Yeah, pusing the "back" button at the bottom of my phone works!

Oh got ya. I'll see if it still happens tomorrow, could be a temporary issue.

 

If anyone else is having the same issue with the iOS app, please post here.

I also have the app on my iPad even though I only use the one on my phone. I checked it, and it seemed to be doing just fine.

I'm having the same problem! Android 4.3

 

On my phone and on my tablet.

I did an uninstall/install but that didn't help.

I'm still having problems with the App.

 

I have reinstalled it and now I can't find a way to login again.

It is only showing me the Options icon. :(
