Since the last update of the app the messages section doesn't load anymore for me.

The app hasn't been on the app store for a while. What happened?

Since the last update of the app the messages section doesn't load anymore for me.

Me too - I haven't been able to load messages and I am on android Samsung galaxy mini three [emoji336]

My PM message section is now working!

Me, too. Gettin the message "add on-tapatalk.xml not imported". I don't have problems with other forums, so must be specific to this one. Google was no help either :(

Since a few days, I can't use the app anymore.

 

I've seen that there were maintenance actions going on on Friday and since then it isn't showing me content anymore. It keeps loading.

The browser version isn't working smooth as well.

 

And the desktop version isn't working at all in Chrome.

First I get this:

But then I get this message:

 

[ATTACH=full]5733[/ATTACH]

 

In FF I also get the "Checking your browser before accessing coldplaying.com" message but after a while I get through.

 

Anything wrong guys?

I know there is a separate thread to report problems with the desktop version, but I can't find it at the moment, so I'm going to complain about it over here. :)

 

The smilies aren't showing up anymore too.

I'm back! All of the above bugs should be fixed, I basically had to rewrite the forums on Friday so some stuff was left out:bliss:

Seems to be a caching problem on your end. If you hit CTRL + Shift + R, it should clear your cache and the site should work again. If that doesn't work, clear your browsing history, cache etc.

Tapatalk is a completely separate company to us and any problems with tapatalk has nothing to do with us 99% of the time.

Problem in Chrome is solved. :)

I had to clear everything in my browsing history too.

Glad to see Coldplaying back on its feet again. I missed this :D
