I advise against voting in the old way, if you know what I mean! Note: I didn't come up with the idea for this game. @laxwatcher posted Round 2, and allowed me to repost this game under new and improved posting rules, which are mobile-friendly! Hi everyone. This is the NEW AND IMPROVED Elimination Game, of a lot of Coldplay Songs! As a lot of you know, this is a game where pretty much every Coldplay song gets put in the ultimate elimination battle, where one song ultimately comes out on top! NEW: A Head Full Of Dreams songs, including Gone But Not F. Cotton, are INCLUDED! Here's how to play: Each song in the elimination begins with 10 points, as you will see down in the master list below. Take 3 songs you like from the list. Add one point to them each. Take 3 songs you dislike from the list. Subtract one point from them each. As always, your must wait until 3 people have voted before you can vote again. Here's the best part: unlike past elimination games, you don't have to copy and paste the whole list! This is very good news for mobile users, as you will finally be able to play the game without it being a pain. Here's an example vote: +: White Shadows (11 points) Talk (11 points) The Hardest Part (11 points) -: The World Turned Upside Down (9 points) Major Minus (9 points) Everglow (9 points) For purposes of knowing when a song gets eliminated, I do highly recommend you put the current point totals after your vote beside the songs you vote for, so people know if a song gets eliminated. We wouldn't want people to vote for a song that's not in the game anymore and have me come and tell them that the song got eliminated, right? :p But rest assured, scrolling up to the master list, only copying the point total of the songs you're voting for, and putting them beside your post and modifying their total according to your vote will be the hardest thing you have to do. No more copying and pasting this massive list, no more scrolling through that massive list to find the songs you want to vote for, no more fiddling with the colors trying to format it right, no more forgetting to modify the point totals, etc... all you have to do, is put a "plus" sign, list the songs you're giving a point to, add 1 to their point total beside the name of the song, then put a "minus" sign, list the songs you're taking away a point from, and take away 1 point from their point total. That's all the work a vote requires in this new game. Amazing, isn't it?! Wait a second... how are we going to keep track of the point totals for each song???? That's where *THE MASTER LIST* comes in! You're seeing the list below here. I will update this list fairly regularly so you all have something to go off of when casting your votes. This list will have every single point total for every song participating beside it. It will give a visual representation of the last person who voted, in which the songs they added a point to will be marked in green, and the songs they took away a point from will be in red. Essentially, this list will be in the style of one of the "old" votes, which won't include any eliminated songs and will look like the Round 2 version of a vote, essentially. If this is a bit hard to follow, I'm sorry. But hopefully you'll see what we mean when we get into action here :D I will list the name of the last person's vote who I counted. Also, in case they voted again and I didn't count that vote, I will also list the date and time in which that particular vote was casted so there's little to no confusion about what post I'm referring to, and how far back it occured. Note: All songs beginning with "A" (as in A Ghost, not Atlas) don't count the second word's letter and are the first in the "A" section. All songs beginning with "The" are listed in "T". Fly On is the piano ballad in the track that lasts almost 4 minutes. O is the part where the choir sings and Chris says "Don't ever let go" through a vocoder.
