He had to get surgery on his vocal chords because they were damaged from singing so much without proper lessons.

He had thr surgery cause he didnt do singing lessons and they messed up hes voice???

He didn't do singing lessons back then, his voice was untrained, but the way he was singing and the strain it caused forced him to have them out, not talk for six weeks and take lessons (no wonder why with how tough Shiver can be on the chordies for an untrained voice)

I do have to say this thread has got to be the best thread on this board. For an older Lady like myself the way ya'll gush over Chris reminds me of ME at your age, when I had David Cassidy, and David Essex to moon over.
