I found at the flea market of old objects thrown by people idiots, the best cookbook for poors dating 80s.

hey young students I hope you can translate this book. I put some very good recipes and great advice, to be cool. and less tired (Kristal you are too stressed out so you can not sleep trying to take things cool )

 

this is a cookbook for young students and men working like crazy too. Conservatives are ONLY bad, and too much salt.

the salad is more expensive if it is already cut and loses all its vitamins lost in contact with light. (not too much complicated to salad just take a little time)

 

I like to know who does not eat these days and being so much tired ?

 

and about OXFAM, and many times that the industry will not stop to put the moneys in their pockets and poison people with their foods with full product conservations . people in the Third World is the last of their care about. they do not have much to pay , and the more organic is not controlling well and sometimes it means nothing.
