Alright Soundgarden/Audioslave/Solo Chris Cornell fans! Unite! haha

 

I'm looking forward to the new Audioslave cd Revelations, the stuff on the Miami Vice soundtrack was pretty damn good.

 

Chris came by MuchMusic yesterday and me and my band memebers were doing product placement for Soundgarden in the background. We were holding up the cd booklets in as casual a way as possible. When he was heading out he actually came over and signed our cd booklets, it was awesome, and then I shook his hand and said good job Chris. The dude is fucking tall man, and not the kinda person you wanna get on the bad side of. haha.

OMG:shocked2: you fucking lucky man!! i can give anything just to shook his hand (or any inch of him:D) i'm so jealous of you:P

aw. He's a really cool guy in person. It's weird how all the celebrities that are made to be larger than life by the media are just regular people in person. I got the same feeling when I met Coldplay a while back too. It's good to know these people aren't just an image.

well, i have no doubt that chris is really one of the coolest guys as he seems to be but it's good to hear that from you, too. This guy is a legend, hope i can get a chance to see him too:) did you take a picture with chris? if so i'd like to see it

Chris Cornell is one talented musician, I've loved his work since Soundgarden but I will always prefer Audioslave:heart:

I gotta say I'm digging the song he did for Casino Royale, I'm looking forward to the movie, except I dunno, I really have something against the screenwrited Paul Haggis, I think Daniel Craig will be awesome.

yea, trust it may take time but Superunknown will sooner or later blow your mind. Yea it's the one with Black Hole Sun. Sorry to say guys, but Soundgarden are wayyyy better than AUdioslave in my opinion. I think Chris's voice is better when matched with the psychedelic, yet murky sound of Soundgarden.

Listening to Superunknown by Soundgarden now. Surprisingly it makes good essay writing music. haha

I love his voice. He has such range and soul. Have seen him many time with Soundgarden. Soundgarden and Pearl Jam together at a very small club in Houston was one of the best shows I have ever been to. He crowd surfed....right over me, I grabbed on and almost pants him. He made it back to the stage showing some serious crack. Should wear a belt and undies if your gonna do that dude. :sneaky:

Ohhhh Chris Cornell. His voice is amazing. And he himself is damn sexy!

 

I saw Audioslave last September, and they were incredible. They performed Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden songs, and it was just outta control. I was surprised that Chris pulled off the Rage songs, since its more like rap than just singing, but he did it. I can't wait to see them again.
