Because musically is closer to DAAHF or Everything's Not Lost instead of the MX material

The ones in bold are good, the rest goes from ok to mediocre to awful. Christmas Lights is considered to be the last Oldplay song, so it's not in the list. The fact is that in 5 years these have been the only good songs they did when they were a band that never missed a beat for more than a decade. There's not the same spirit anymore, that's why we hate the post-viva eras
