German Fans?

Get a job?

I think I might go into depression.
4 months isn't that long. My boyfriend moved to a different city when he finished uni about a year ago. Neither of us will be moving anytime soon because he's got a job there and I haven't finished my degree yet. I don't wanna know how much we've spent on train tickets/ petrol since he moved away. :embarrassed:

What do you think of when you think of England?
Britain isn't such a bad place to live. If it was, immigrants wouldn't choose to stay. It does offer them a better quality of life, there's no doubt about that. Most British people are just spoilt. Don't get me wrong, i'm the same. I left my country because I thought it was a boring and because I didn't like people's attitude in general. But I can see why people might want to move there because it is one of the wealthiest places in the world and its health and social care system is excellent. I just personally wasn't happy there. Also I can't stand people who consider leaving their country/ left their country and complain about immigrants. Hypocrites, much?

How often do you eat fast food?
Once or twice a week. I always get a takeaway after a night out.

Marmite: A loving relationship?
Hate it.

Galaxy> Cadbury Galaxy Cookie Crumble is the best chocolate ever.

Help....
So what? Nothing will ever change if no one complains about it.

Help....
I'd definitely make a complaint if I was you. The police have got no right to hit you. It was stupid to lie to them though.

When you buy new clothes...
No. Should I? :uhoh2:

Sant Jordi (Saint George)
Looks like the Spanish celebrate St George's Day more than the English

UK is the binge-drink capital of Europe: Statistic shows the failure of 24-hour opening
I think he's right. I don't think 24-hour drinking makes the situation worse. Also if by 'session' they mean night out, I'm surprised that it's only 12% that have more than 7 drinks.
- Are you?
-
What's the weather like today in your town?
Sunny but quite cold.

24-hour drinking? I wish! Most places close at like 2 or 3AM. Doesn't stop people from getting wasted though.

Britain's flight ban LIFTED!
It depends on how desperate you are to get back. I probably wouldn't bother. A train/ coach back is probably gonna be a lot more expensive than staying for a few extra days.

England branded least patriotic nation in Europe as citizens are too scared to fly the flag
Isn't it just that St Georges Day isn't very popular? You'll see a lot of English flags during the World Cup. Anyway I don't really understand patriotism.

Fashion etc.
Yeah but you just end up wasting your time. And the fact that they don't do it is just wrong.
-
Fashion etc.
It does matter if you're ACTUALLY a size 8 or 10 and you can't find no clothes that fit you because they decided to make their sizes bigger.
-
Fashion etc.
The size thing can be really annoying. I went to Peacocks to buy trousers for because I had no money and they're sizes are just massive. I tried on a size 8 and it like two sizes to big. :dozey:

The 2012 Motor Racing Thread (F1 & More)
Remember Villeneuve's comeback? Everyone seemed to have forgotten that the guy won the World Championship in his second season. I can't stand him because he hasn't exactly shown good sportsmanship but you've gotta admit that he's an outstanding driver.
