Not if they're European. Your employer would probably ask for your flight ticket though.

True. I've texted them. They said they looked into different options but I don't think they're desperate to leave Spain at the moment (definitely not desperate enough to travel through the whole country and some of Spain anyway.)

I just wrote her a message in the German thread. Let's just what happens. I could only meet up at the weekend anyway because I work in Manchester so I get home quite late.

Spain. They're flying to the wrong city as well. This really sucks. Totally forgot she went.:embarrassed: I'd be up for it. Do you know how long she's staying? At least the weather's nice for once!

Hey! Look! A thread that relates to BOOBIES!
True! There's a lot of dresses I can't actually wear because they don't have a zip. I'd have to get them like 3 sizes to big if I wanted to wear them.

Buying bras is a pain. I'd advice you to go to a proper place to get fitted (if you haven't already). I was wearing the wrong bra size for years because most shops don't do my back size. Finding the right bra can make such a big difference! I guess push up bras could be good for you but again I'm sure people in a specialist store will be able to help you. I have to spend like £40- 60 on a bra because nowhere cheap sells bras in my size. I occasionally find bras in places like Debenhams but they don't usually fit very well.

Do energy drinks actually give you energy?
I love Red Bull, I could drink it all the time. It definitely works for me. There's no way I could have got all my essays in on time if it wasn't for Red Bull and chocolate. One can isn't enough if you wanna stay up all night though.

Anyone want kids?
I'm not sure. I definitely don't want kids anytime soon. My boyfriend doesn't like kids which would be an issue if I wanted to have children someday.

The 2012 Motor Racing Thread (F1 & More)
Overtaking might be nearly impossible but Monaco is always one of the most exciting races of the year! Also I think your comment about Michael Schumacher is very harsh. It's not like F1 hasn't changed since he retired. Everyone knew he was taking a big risk. I don't think it would be possible for anyone to be back at their very best in the first few races.

Firefox users - what's your persona?
They don't seem to work for me. Like you can't actually see the whole picture. I don't really mind though, I use Safari most of the time.

What's the weather like today in your town?
It's raining.

Food you hate
Same. I wouldn't even eat tuna or prawns. I can eat fish fingers or fish and chips but that's about it. I also hate mushrooms.

Well a similar healthcare system has worked in other countries. Not everyone can save up for retirement. Some people can barely feed themselves.

Bieber fever?
My pupils fancy him. I had no idea who he was when they asked me if we could translate one of his songs. I think I'm getting old. :embarrassed:

Need help form English and German people!
I don't think so. I speak both English and German. I'm not sure what to advice you though. It's up to you really. I wouldn't bother with the Cambridge Advanced Certificate. They'll teach you how to write a formal letter but I don't think it will help you to improve your English in general. I don't think British employers will ask you for a language qualification. Some employers have their own language tests that all applicants have to take. As for universities, I think some will ask for the TOEFL. I'd just spend some time in and English speaking country if you really want to improve your English. If you want to learn German, I'd say go for it. You need to be aware that learning a new language is gonna be hard work though. German isn't easy to learn, German grammar can be very difficult as there's four cases and three articles. You pronounce every single letter in German (there's a few exceptions to this but they're easy to spot) which makes it relatively easy to pronounce/ spell things correctly. Anyway let me know if you need help with either language. :)

Rejecting the things that have been around for too long?
Doesn't happen to me but I sometimes don't appreciate things as much as I used to when I've had them for a long time, which is a shame really. I get used to having something/ being around someone and I only realise how much it means to when I lose it.
