  1. she does have spunky moves. i preferred her during the spanish singing years, i loved 'inevitable' such a beautiful song , 'ojos asi' and 'tu'. Her songs were great then and i so wanted to look like her THEN (def not now!) lol. but oh how people change..... two of my fav videos of hers. 'inevitable' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=za7xpU8oEA0 'ojos asi' funky dance moves galore! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAlTlcXGGe4
  2. Neuromancer Coming to the Big Screen Source: Variety May 18, 2007 William Gibson's prescient sci-fi bestseller from the '80s, Neuromancer, will get the big screen treatment from veteran producer-distributor Peter Hoffman, reports Variety. The $70 million pic is essentially being fast-tracked to replace the Paul Verhoeven project The Winter Queen. The latter is being pushed back until at least next spring because leading lady Milla Jovovich is pregnant. Joseph Kahn, a Korean-American commercials director who made Torque for Warner Bros., has signed to direct. Visit Gibson's official website for more info on the book. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=20507 interesting The Matrix was loosely based on the book so wonder how it will pan out. Read the book and the matrix and it differ greatly in plot and story line however some characters are slightly similar and the technology too.
  3. Drogba beautiful touch but also Lampard what a wonderful pass! also there was a defender that did an excellent job through out the match, Mikel i think his name was. How come they had 3 min extra time in extra time ? (!) ronaldo was aweful as the rest of manchester and even chelsea=== boring match! can't believe ronaldo won best player over drogba.

  11. you're aussie so you may know him already -- Goyte but i'll quote belljar : 'everyone into something a little bit different, check him out...he's unique and very very good. ' sounds like what you may be looking for (?) Curse Ov Dialect are very unique and they sound somewhat like the beastie boys, but with an aussie twist http://www.myspace.com/thecurseovdialect check out the guy dancing in this vid makes me laugh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8A-8DgWQlV4 or what about some brazilian electro CSS Bonde do Role http://www.myspace.com/bondedorole Mew definitely listen to these guys. Try listening to some songs of theirs on a winter's night during a full moon, put a scarf on....this way you'll get the full MEW experience and some goosebumps too.
  12. i saw 300 i really didn't like it, found it ridiculous actually. the script was terrible and full of itself, i didn't like the cinematography. its not that i don't like movies with blood and CG but the way they went about it just made me laugh. so no rating from me however i will rate a 10/10 for the facial hair of the men.
  13. ^ OMG! Thom wants to kiss me! (my dreams have come true!) that is really awesome!! his lips his nose, his stubble, his ear ! can't wait for bjork one--- sigh i wish i looked like her....

  15. The Science of Sleep 10/10 never laughed so much in a movie theater, never heard a theater audience laugh so much.
  16. ^ oh wow cheers! gona listen to it now...
  17. 'De-Loused in the Comatorium' is their most popular really? well then i must have it! sadly though i have not got that album. is televators in that album? i saw the video on youtube and liked the song.
  18. first coldplay, then the killers and then..........the world! MUAHHHAHA!
  19. i started with Frances the Mute and really enjoyed it and therefore made me buy Amputechture. FTM is more of a concept album and its songs are long and meld into each other so there is no clear distinciton at times where one ends and the other begins. also if you try burning to a cd the number of the songs goes haywire because of this lack of distinguishing the songs as single entities Amputechture each song can be clearly distinguished they don't follow a concept as such so its more like your regular albums. um hope that helps i'm sure more people will give you their opinions. btw they're awesome live! saw them at concert cedric dances as if possessed by supernatural forces lol.

  22. omg! i got tickets on the day to joshy's sold out concert! i've never been lucky in my life!!!! it must be fate! some friends friend wasn't going so got two tix off her. during the show some tall guy was in front but he moved to one side and i had a great view!!! it must be fate!!!! one of the opening acts was Old Man River-- i have wanted to see them live for a while and they did not dissapoint they were amazing and at they end they had us all make animal noises it was a cacophony of sound. Trousers such a lovely song. it must be fate!!!! Joshy came on he had a sore throat and cold and coughed somewhat so he told everyone it would be great they sang songs with him. at one point he was singing and his voice was kinda gruff and the crowd lifted him up and made him smile when they sang along with him. He took some puffs off a asthma pump (didn't know he had asthma or it could be just for his cold). he was charming and funny and told us that we were better than any cold tablet (awww). He sang the well known hits and kids don't sell their hopes so fast, feeding the wolves, beg your pardon also a song he sang for triple J like a version---something about pooh bear and christopher robin(?) i really liked manniquinns. it must be fate!!!! the violinist, percussion, keyboard guy was very good looking and had dimples, in the middle of one of the songs his tamborine cut clean in half which caused him to grin and giggle from ear to ear showing off his dimples beautifully hehe. it must be fate!!!!
