My most worn shoes: 1) The red ones on the left are so beat up and old, but I refuse to throw them out!! Only $15 bucks, but I swear they are the most comfortable things ever. I just can't walk in puddles, coz there are now holes are the bottom of the soles. :lol: 2) My Chacos! They are like the official sandals of the Northwest (USA). :P Great for any outdoor activity...hiking, boating, whatever. 3) Yay converse. Gotta have my chucks!! :kiss: Those are relatively new ones... Maybe I'll post my prettiest shoes later....

This is painful because in my ideal world I'd put in a tie vote for Elliott and Sufjan....but I don't think Nik's going to go for that, so I'll say that Elliott Smith edges out Sufjan Stevens, BUT JUST BY A HAIR. I actually like all these bands/artists, so it's tough......but this is how the cookie crumbles: 1. Elliott Smith 2. Sufjan Stevens 3. Franz Ferdinand 4. Kaiser Chiefs (these guys go at the end because I can't listen to them for too long in one sitting...they start to grate on my nerves after a while! :lol:) Edit: Just noticed this is the same order as you, Nik :P

Thanks for the compliments, guys. :) Steph, batiks are fabric dyed art. You use some sort of dye resistant substance to block out certain areas of your project at a time, and go through several dye dippings in different color layers to get the desired result. Well, that's how I remember doing it anyway.....it was a long time ago. :P Ivanneth, I love your Johnny Depp and flower paintings. Amazing. The flower reminds me of Georgia o'Keefe's art. (favorites of mine!)
